Loading elements into the sanding machine involves setting the magazine support in the desired position (adjustment to the length and height of the processed elements – the magazine moves along the entire length of the conveyor), setting the separating dividers at appropriate distances, placing the package on the conveyor surface, and setting the appropriate feed speed using a potentiometer. The magazine support, made of durable aluminum and set at an appropriate angle, ensures smooth feeding of individual elements without the risk of damaging their surface. The elements are fed individually, at proper intervals, until the package is depleted.
Automatic feeding of elements allows the operator to focus on supervising the sanding process.
The belt conveyor is also available in a version without the element magazine.
