SURFACE BRUSHING TECHNOLOGY

The brushing process enables:

  • removal of loose wood fibers and opening of the wood structure, significantly improving the adhesion of glue, furniture foil, and lacquer coatings
  • smoothing and leveling — brushing milled edges ensures a smooth surface and prepares it for lacquer application; it can also perform intercoat sanding, increasing the adhesion of subsequent lacquer layers
  • achieving a wood structure effect, giving surfaces a distinctive and tactile texture
  • dust removal — brushes not only sand but also help extract dust from the pores of the material, which is essential for obtaining a clean lacquer finish

MSZ-1 SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY

The MSZ-1 model was designed as a modular machine for professional surface processing. The machine configuration allows the use of the following units:

400 mm BRUSHING UNIT

Technological features:

  • head diameter: 280 mm
  • brush speed adjustment via frequency inverter
  • possibility of co-rotating or counter-rotating operation
  • brush head angle adjustment within 15°
  • adjustment of brush penetration into the processed material — controlled from the operator panel via NC servo motors
  • flexible configuration of abrasive materials using the HARTUM Flex system

DISC UNIT

A disc brush system designed for processing components with complex geometry.

  • independent speed control of discs and heads
  • possibility to change rotation direction of discs and heads

SURFACE CLEANING UNIT

After the brushing process, the surface of the element is cleaned of dust using a cylindrical dust-removal brush. An additional deionization and dust blow-off system can also be installed.

SURFACE DEIONIZATION SYSTEM

An ionizing bar with an air blow-off eliminates electrostatic charges generated during processing.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Machine control is based on SIEMENS components.

The system enables:

  • monitoring of process parameters
  • integration with production lines
